If they were cat tracks, you would not be able to sed the claw marks like that.

one track atop another is not uncommon with cat tracks

sometimes you can see claws in a cat track. this is 100% a cat track. Look at the difference in the way the pads lay in the k9 you posted

You can see claw marks where a cat needs extra purchase running on slippery ground. When cats are walking slowly on flat ground, it would be very rare to see claw marks.

Two middle claws very close together and pointing straight forward would indicate canine to me. Which canine would depend on size of the track and how long the gait is between tracks.
