On the first one of the day. Getting started late was on me geting moving slowly.

A huge issue they will be facing today is these people not removing thr snow and ice from the last snow and it geting compacted and now a fresh 3" on top. They will have a heck of a time geting the ice off if they can.

I point that out told them to keep that in mind and inform the customer first they may not be able to get it clear if it's ice. Also picked up some ice melt and told them to offer putting it down and charge at least 2x the price of the ice melt used for a quick easy up charge..

Will see how this first one goes geting cleaned off. it's just a long side walk in a small town near by. Definitely not worth the drive here for just one job if it was for an individual business but great for the boys with dad handling the transportation cost. Much better time time than spending it at work for dad. Even have my wife riding along since she is who booked the jobs and handling the communication.

First one is done drove down to the next town about 20 miles away for the next one. Saving grace is there are 3 here very close together in this neighborhood.
