Pete in Frbks trapper Joined: Dec 2006 Fairbanks, Alaska	Humans (and sled dogs, incidentally) work just fine at colder temperatures. On the other hand, extreme cold can be really hard on equipment. That becomes problematic when said equipment is, for example, a snow machine you are depending on to get you back to town or your camp/cabin! Pete
