Yes I know there is no OFFICIAL language for the USA , but the accepted and predominant language is supposedly English, however there seem to be more commercials lately in Spanish/Mexican than English. Having been stationed in countries around the world I can't remember any country that provided television having this many if any English commercials or even English speaking programs where the primary language wasn't English. Someone/ anyone correct me if I'm wrong

I don't care about the commercials I can turn the channel but what is irritating is when you call customer service and get a foreigner that you can't understand and there not even in this country.

First Somalis I ever saw were at a Tyson plant in Emporia. Brought in a bunch of them. The Somalis and Guatemalans that were already there did a lot of cutting on each other. Tyson plant at Holcomb KS was all Mexicans.

Here it's Samoans. They seem to use up a disproportionate amount of the law enforcement budget too... Samoans are odd. They are U.S. nationals, but not all US citizens. There's significantly more Samoans in the US proper then in Samoa. Keith

When KS Tyson plants were IBP it was a good place to work. Decent wages and benefits. Americans worked there. After Tyson took over the Americans began quitting. Tyson started bringing in all the sketchy types that work there now. Several big packing houses in Dodge and also Liberal, I would bet 75% of workers are illegal. Same thing on big feedlots and dairies. A big bunch of ICE agents could keep busy here in KS for couple months easy.
Why are employers never fined for hiring them? Going after employers would be cheaper than what deportation will cost. The laws to do that are already enacted.

Isn't Tyson now owned by JBS, out of Brazil? A Spanish speaking country. No. JBS bought Pilgrims years ago not Tyson.
