Haven't slept right for decades, 2-3 hours a day. Find something constructive to do when your awake. I read a lot and exercise my mind doing crossword puzzles.
TV is a great sleep aid. Any of that garbage and gibberish they play nowadays should make you sleepy. Good luck in the future

I have found that if I don't get enough physical activity during the day I have trouble sleeping.

I have to wear myself out so I can sleep like a baby.

Same here.

Good piece of advice and the answer is no. Talked to the wife about that a week ago. All the money we spend and we never spent a ton on that. Dumb of me.

Thanks for all the tips and it is nice to know that it is not just me. Had a couple really heavy hours of sleep last night. Went hard at things today and hoping to repeat!
