Looks like that fox stepped hard and fast on that trap. Look how deep it is caught, way below the trap frame base it appears.

Thanks guys. The coyote he caught was really deep too. I’m guessing that is a good thing? He also found some tracks in the snow today which might be a bobcat. That would be cool to go 3for3 in the same trap
