My bet is that will work just as fast as tariff turn arounds with the foreign countries. But just in case, start arresting any official that refuses to cooperate with identifying and rounding up illegals. That will get their attention!

NOPE do not want to do that or when the pendulum swings the other way it will be a precedent to round up and imprison every cop or politician who won't turn you in for the gun ban of the day.

don't fund them , sure
deport people who are not here legally or criminals
but do not set a prescient of arresting un-cooperative LEOs and Politicians

remember there will be a day when the vote goes a different direction for 4 years , do not think it will not happen it will and they will be using every trick you teach them.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Cities and states that refuse to deport and provide aid and assistance to Illegals will find they can not afford it for long without federal money and it will be their own voters who tell them they are done.

exactly GREENCOUNTYPETE

exactly for not helping! But active interference that's where it gets interesting. . Like stated passing laws making in state NFA made items to be used in that state legal and then says any feds trying to enforce federal law are breaking state law and be charged. I'm all for this of course.

but I have a double standard when it comes to immigration laws. So a bit of a hypocrite there. My only saving grace is I see and admit my hypocrite tendency and recognize it can't be had both ways so I have to go with states rights not the Fed's. Now the states making a stand can have consequences like lose of federal funds but states should not be relying on federal funds and in turn giving the federal government that much influence and power over them.

Democrats say nothing wrong with breaking the law. Yet they talk out the other side of their mouth if it is a Republican. Go figure!! Lol

I agree no arrest. The citizens should handle it.

Too bad we have a couple years left with this governor, wish someone with more time could start a recall but they tried that with the last looser of a governor and it failed. The vote blue no matter who crowd in the valley and Bend are set on ruining our state just like the last federal administration was. We need them gone.
