Snowmobiles are built to complex with more BS than they need. All the components apparatus extra stuff makes them too complicated and exposes them to too many failures.

A gas engine, and gear box and track would all they need to get the average job done what people use them for.

Been doing a bit of riding lately on the 6" of snow we have and the heated grips are the best thing ever invented, the basic everything else on these old indys is fine but I love those heated grips.

Agreed.
A few extras are nice, but as long as 5hey don’t disable the machine when they’re down. Reverse, heated grips are really nice. Not sure what the 2025s all come with, but a local CO picked up a new Expidition, the lowest priced one with a long track. I know it’s got an Eco Mode.

I torch the block if its under -10 if its under 30 but not cold enough for the torch I set a mr buddy heater set to low underneath the hood next to the engine for 15 mins
