Nice haul

Jk barren is what I like. Wyoming has less than 500,000 people. Much of the state has few trees. But about two miles from my house you can see 5 different mountain ranges. We get about 7.5 inches of precipitation annually.
I live in what's called a banana belt. But I don't think we can grow bananas here. wink

Only 7 1/2 inches of rain??? That is almost a desert, no wonder no trees. I live in north central Pa, trees everywhere and I like to trap the woods, most here like farm fields and they get more game than I do but I still like having trees around. MY favorite are the Hemlock but they are dyeing off fast. Way before my time this was chestnut country, now oak hickory and mixed norther hardwoods but the bugs are killing a lot of stuff off.......jk

Good catch GS, lots of work and miles traveled. Nothing more gratifying then looking at nice display of beautiful fur. You do have some dandy cats that should do well for you at a sale.

I have a buddy from Pa. that is out your way trapping now. He has caught a few cats I hear and enjoying his first trip back to Wyoming since his retirement a few weeks ago.

A great season GS, it is a long wait to next season, enjoy that end of season barn shot. smile
