Are you implying I don't know what I am talking about? GM tech for 12 years. I now travel and drive dozens of different vehicles a year. A whole lot of them have no "fun button" anymore.

Just cause you haven't seen it, doesn't mean it's not real.

How to turn off traction control without a button?
AI Overview
To turn off traction control without a button, you can try turning on your hazard lights and pressing the gas pedal five times while your car is in park.
Steps
Turn on your hazard lights
Turn the key in the ignition so the battery turns on, but not the whole vehicle
While in park, press the gas pedal five times in a row
Turn on your engine and turn off your hazard lights
Turn off your car and restart it
If this works, the traction control (TC) symbol should no longer appear on your dashboard

It has to have a way to turn it off. ALL manufactures are required to have a way to turn it off.......

Honda has the off button , but if the tire pressure monitoring system light is on it disables the VSA /traction control off button.

That's not a button, as we have been discussing. How many people are gonna do that when they are driving on the road, and hit a slippery spot?

Never said that but I KNOW there is a way to turn it off. You might ask some one where you work. OR the little dried up farmer that has a new buick !!!

now what document did AI cite , because I have gotten those types of answers then read the document cited and it was either not for what I asked make and model or the answer given was the what not to do.
I do not trust AI answers not one bit I have proven them wrong far to many times.

are you really going to do that hokey pokey every time you turn the @#$%^&*()_ key

it can have it but EVERY vehicle should have a manual over ride some place where it is easy to hit while driving and doesn't take any added steps , cause you know you need it while your still moving and that piece of excrement starts cutting your RPM in a hill climb.

matter a fact the hazard lights could turn it off , that would be fine , I tossed on the hazards , it wasn't what turned of vsa

JUST because YOU don't see a button doesn't mean it can't be shut off......

but can it be shut off , when you are on the hill of do you need to know to turn it off when you start the car
because if you need to do that every time you start the car , I am just going to pull the fuse

also this started with , the button is there but the button explained in the manual is disabled by other bull carp features not working , it is just a scam to get you to go pay 300 dollars to get the light on your dash that didn't do squat to actually help you turned off , it is the fleecing of the consumer.

Yes green . LOT of things are fleecing us. TC is not required. THERE are lot of crap on my 2022 chevy I could do without. But to get one you have to take all that junk. Auto shut off is a pain. BUT I do have a button to turn it off. MY mom has a 2021 buick but no option to turn it off. Has to be hard on starter at some point.
