I took a 2x6, about 5' long cut out the "nose" shape and shaped the curve with a belt sander to match the cheap knife I had... mounted it to my shed wall at the bottom with a door hinge so it could fold up against the wall for storage..... mounted a "leg" underneath the board with another hinge so you can adjust the height and screwed a wood cleat on the floor to hold the leg in place...you just need to figure out what height you need and where the leg hits the floor....whole thing folds flat against the wall....easy project ,fleshed a bunch of coon on it and it worked fine. Just need to take your time and learn how much pressure to use to push the fat off, I sharpened the "round" side of the knife to shave the neck....you'll cut some pelts but you figure out the feel pretty fast....
