When you install the software it will give you an option on which applications you want to install, just pick Microsoft Outlook.

I have Gmail but sinc it to Microsoft Outlook. Using Outlook is easier than using the web-based version of Gmail.

My Gmail account is synced in the Microsoft outlook along with my RR email. The Gmail still works.

Probably won't work for you since it isn't a browser issue but it might be worth trying with an old device. It did require some creative vocabulary.

I've got an older laptop out in the lure shed. I'll give that one a try tomorrow.
