I guess most of you never ate one....lol...They're ok, a little bland but thats what the spice is for,,,,and the beer.. lol .You pop off the tail, give it a squeeze by the tail and suck the meat out of the shell, hard core folks then suck the liver out of the head...it's an acquired taste...hard to fill up on them.. grin
