It’s amazing the courts did nothing to close the borders and demand that they come in legally but now they get involved it’s a joke. Same with Lawfare they did zip and now they are saying they need to protect the rights of illegals it’s crazy.

Sould not bee feed unless thay work enough to cover the cost or their families support them financially. Break our laws you won't get any sympathy from me.

Something needs to be done soon. Why bother electing a President if the un-elected federal judges get to make all the decisions. They overstepped their bounds and need that explained to them right quick.

All they did was change illegal to asylum seekers to skirt the law and the courts let them do it. If you go to their home country illegally or protest in those countries a flight home would be a gift I don’t see how they get any rights if they are here illegally and are not even citizens.

What I don't understand is SCOTUS determined that Biden couldn't forgive all these college loans. Yet, he ignored their ruling and continued to do it anyway. Trump wants to deport illegal alien criminals and a lower court judge blocks him from doing it. How is that possible?

Trapper 7, I think those activist judges are bought & paid for, to forward a agenda....What we need to figure out is...Does a lower court wannabe judge have more power than the executive branch?....I don't think so.

"Roberts also rebuffed the Biden administration’s argument that the debt-relief program is consistent with the purpose of the HEROES Act – that is, to give the secretary of education the power to provide relief to borrowers during a national emergency. “The question here,” Roberts countered, “is not whether something should be done; it is who has the authority to do it.” On this point, Roberts invoked the “major questions” doctrine, which is the idea that if Congress wants to give an administrative agency the power to make decisions of vast economic or political significance, it must say so clearly. But in this case, Roberts said, the HEROES Act did not authorize the debt-relief program at all, much less clearly."
This sums up past and current issues.

The supreme court ruled that Biden overstepped his authority by allowing his student debt forgiveness plan. He totally ignoring their ruling even though they found it unlawful and suffered no consequences as a result.

Trump wouldn't suffer any consequences either...He's over the DOJ, so who's going to enforce it?
The media would predictably flame him and say it's a constitutional crises, but never with Biden....Biden would never have lower court judges interfere either, because they are on the same team.
All of this agenda driven interference, while Illegal immigrant deportation is 100× more important than student loan forgiveness, IMO.

Deport the criminals, the gang members and those that abuse and suck from the system. In Reagan's second term he had an immigration amnesty program for all illegals that had been in the country for a minimum of three years working in agriculture. It did not work very well and was abused. But what about an amnesty program for ITIN taxpayers who have paid into the system for at least three years? Seems to me that is the kind of immigrant this country needs. See the chart below to get an idea of what we would be losing if all the ITIN taxpayers were to be deported:
