I don't trust Docs.

You should trust most doctors. If they did not want to help people, they would go make more money doing something else, that took less expensive and long schooling.

Doctors work for hospitals, hostpitals are big business and in the business of keeping people sick and diagnosing others with crap they never heard of.

Ignore your doctor at your own peril. Realistically, what are your alternatives besides doctors to receive medical care?

Read up on LBBB as much as you can and then pick the doctor who you agree with the most to treat you.

There is none. That is the problem.

Went for a procedure today and told them I would pay cash as I always do. It was half the cost if I had insurance.

There are problems with our system. Serious, serious problems that are keeping folks sick to make money off them.

Want to get your bloodwork done......an ultrasound, a colonoscopy, an EKG......?

Go try getting that done without going to a major hospital to get referrals first. We really are sheep.

Blood work is basically a car check up,,,,,
It indicates any possible problems…..
EKG is a check on the engine of the car
But probe is checking the exhaust….

Dental health is also important…..

I go once a year for a check up now….started at age 55…..

I've never had an EKG, but have had ultrasound and colonoscopy at the local hospital without much hassle. You can get blood work done by walk in - no appointment needed. They even offer a wellness screen for $25, no referral needed.

I was diagnosed with a LBBB in my 20's. I'm now in my 70's. It is now a minor factor in my current heart issues. Mine is hereditary.

see covid. myself and thousands of people lost their jobs because doctors couldnt be trusted. Of course more lost their lives to covid because they trusted them.

Trusting a for profit organization to do what is best for you is not a viable option.

So much has changed about cholesterol and what is "acceptable". ACTUAL information about cholesterol and how 85% is produced by your own liver is out there but the for-profit medical industry chooses to ignore it. Wanna know why?

Statins are the highest profit margin drug out there. Acceptable levels of cholesterol in the 60s-70s was 250-260. Now it's 180. Wonder why?

Cholesterol is REQUIRED by your body for multiple functions. It's why your own body produces so much of it.

So why, if cholesterol is high and liver function is normal, do doctors prescribe statins? Easy!!

I don't trust anything about the health care system now. They did it to themselves by being beholden to government, insurance and pharmaceutical funding. It has next to nothing to do with "health care" anymore. I do my own research and take care of myself through activity and diet. Take care of yourselves naturally.

People amaze me at how many drugs they are willing to take when what is really needed is to put the tennis shoes on and put the fork down.

You can find a doctor you like and trust. I've gone to the same one for a lot of years, and if he were to tell me I need to see a specialist I'd believe him.

Take covid and the jabs for example.

If a company, REALLY cared about health care, it would do research for decade before putting out a medication for the studied sickness.

With covid however, they got a get out of jail free card. They couldn't be sued for side effects of the jab no matter how serious.

ANY responsible company that cared about people and not money would have said we need a lot more time. But moderna, pfizer, and j&j decided money was more important since they couldn't be sued by vultures.

When modern medicine starts to care about people again, they will begin to regain trust. But as it stands now, it will be two generations before any medical or pharmaceutical company ever has any credibility again.

I only go for a physical so I get a discount on my insurance. I tell the doc everything is fine. My blood work is always very good.

When I submit my physical to insurance I block out everything except the fact that I had a physical.

He must be an older doc. Glad you have one to trust. The new ones are told what to do based on numbers on a chart. Most always involves a prescription or another procedure with a specialist.
