google's gemini AI tool has very annoying guard rails on it. It won't replace faces, as that might be disrespectful. It won't add tears to savell's photo, as that might be disrespectful (clearly gemini knows he's a delicate little buttercup). It will generate a wolverine man image from nothing, but getting it to replace one of the people in savell's tickle challenge photo is a no-go.
