Bob Jameson , you get a chance to trap western KS dont pass it up. Cat numbers are not good and coyote prices bad, but you'll have a million dollars worth of fun.

Apparently not. KS isn't in his list of 600+ deer. Guess he's trying to "kill them all" too.

Bruce my point is awhile ago u posted u have been applying for a ks mule deer tag every year recently. As you can see now you can't do that without applying for a ks whitetail tag first and more years than now a non resident will draw the whitetail tag. I don't think you have been to ks in the last few years to hunt whitetails so it makes me wonder when said you have been putting in for a ks tag every year Lol.....I HAVE been drawn twice for the whitetail tags but not yet for the mule deer tag which is Alot harder to draw.I have choose to pass on quite a few bucks looking for that booner in Kansas. When I shoot one trapperman will know.I will have to tell my brother in-law that you said I have not been hunting in Kansas for whitetails. He will get a huge laugh out of it.

So u have been to ks hunting in last couple years? Mule deer population is bad and getting worse every year here in KS even worse on mature bucks. 6 seven years ago I could go out for 5 days and see half a dozen mature bucks last year we only found one and he was well past his prime and wouldn't have scored very good. We aren't going back for awhile. Locals say too many non locals coming out and killing all the young bucks just to get a muley. It's a shame because there use to be some real toads out there. That sure don't sound good.I hunt the north eastern part of Kansas where my brother inlaw lives for whitetails
