Had that happen enough times I switched to basket with floating lids. nothing like pulling up your stringer and be ready to clean fish and have heads and spines and see the turtle take off happy and well feed.

BTLowry trapper B Joined: Feb 2014 East Texas	I got one of those days off today too Only I spent 12hrs of mine getting my inlaws moved from a quadplex to assisted living facility No fishing for me Congrats on a great day off and a nice trout
