the little half inch sanding drums on the Dremel do a vey good job on those

you want a variable speed Dremel and turn it down a bit or they chatter and that doesn't feel good

It looks like you have a severe case of toenail fungus. There is a show on TV called, My Feet Are Killing Me. You would be a good candidate to be on that show. Check them out.
