It was all msde of Teak wood and probably worth as much as what they paid for the whole jeep body. I thought it odd they use that heavy wood to ship it. But I guess if its what you have locally it cheap wood and available.

Interesting what military left behind as surplus not worth shipping back.

Here we can run the Japanese Kie trucks or ATV/UTVs on the roads with the proper lights, horn and mirrors they get scooter plates. UTVs are common in the Black Hills in town or in the National Forest.
