BC, so you are saying that every Mexican restaurant owner engages in criminal activity as you do with their employment practices? Or are you suggesting that Mexcan folk, who are employed in Mexican restaurants, are most likely criminals? Do you think this of all "people of color'?

BC myself I'm going with benefit of doubt and freedom when looking at people with foreign decent. Unless there is reasion to stop and check them it must be assumed they are legal. Why they may be Amarican or legal and it's illegal to stop and check papers please people without cause. Got to catch them at the (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) fights or other illegal activities if you want to check their legal status. Even then I'm not checking them.I don't have the legal authority if I wanted to.

As much as possible Gov! Local place has great carne asada, and street tacos. No one around has lengua tacos though, I miss those! I make a lot at home, even my own tortillas.
