Have you tried writing to Doge/the new USDA director? If they’re cutting cost redundancy, you might have a receptive ear to duplicating services the private sector is willing and able to do.

It looks like USDA has been pretty run through by Doge cuts. Hopefully Wildlife Services is a bit smaller.

I had a chance to look at Doge a bit more and found an address to send stuff to.
