I think the whole advantage of the honey treatment is how it works where there is low circulation (which is why it's a big deal for diabetics) and how it stops inflammation and infection during slow healing. Just a thought.

Honey works, im a bee keeper and use honey on my wounds and surgery incisions, they heal faster.

Have you had an ABI done yet to see if arterial circulation is OK? That really is the first step with foot ulcers, and treatment decisions start there.

not that I know of , the PA was using the ultrasound to check some stuff but I don't know about an ABI
