Providence Farm trapper P Joined: Feb 2020 Indiana	Take care of yourself and don't be afraid of geting 2nd and 3 rs opinion and even traveling out of state to specialized doctors if issues continue. A lot of doctors flat out suck. Good example wifes mom is having issues had scans. Doc was useless problems keep on. 2 years later she finds out the old scans showed she only has 1 kidney BUT also the lung cancer she was just diagnosed with today was also visible on the scans from 2 years ago but nothing was ever said about either. If you are not getting enough vitamin D from your diet you need to research foods that are high in vitamin D. Or you can just buy some Vaitamin D3 over the counter and take it every day. It is safe and effective. Hope your back and arms heal up. United we stand.
