Yes, people loose their minds when they launch their drone (UAS). Here in the US, if there is even a suspected drone in the area, ALL aviation operations cease to ensure the safety of the manned aircraft pilots. To most people, 400 AGL and "Line of sight" are suggestions.

the first part of the clip is a fire started in Ingolf Ontario on the Manitoba boarder that has stretched across into Manitoba ( ontario nwo40 fire) 100 sections of land burnt
