Middle of the day, either hungry or sick. Maybe both.

We had a bunch around here last week! Key word! The cats run one through the yard yesterday they have kittens now the most coon I’ve ever seen around here.

Nope, I raised her as a pup, she is feeding youngins

Fattening it up for fall so he’s bigger when you catch him in your trap.

Last night. It is dead and not hungry.

Where I live and what I have done in the past, these 3 get a pass

We have a she cat with 4 young kittens. She has been living in our wood pile some where. I see her lay out on the wood shed deck in the evening when it cools off with the young ones running around.

A coon came around the corner way before night fall a couple evenings back and she jumped all over him. Don't usually see that but when they have young it is a different story.

Everything needs to eat. I have helped my share over the years.

There's not a thing wrong with keeping some pet raccoons.

My brother in Washington lost all his last batch of kittens to coons, I had to send him some DP's to be rid of them..Momma cat doesn't stand a chance when it's a gang against one....

Had one for awhile that a friend took out of a chimney, cute little buggers when they're young...

That's a neat buddy to have around as a pet. I say raise away, do what you want as long as it don't harm anyone, who cares?

Will say though I like grey fox and skunks better . lot less temperamental

Right and wrong and the law are often not at all related and may even be opposed.

and the farm is a no mercy zone , the old man's horse got sick from hay that the vet said was tainted with coon and possum feces
probably 60 years later and I am not allowed to let one go.
