Bear Tracker trapper B Joined: Jul 2016 Wisconsin	Never understood not being able to shoot albinos. They are considered genetically inferior but do not shoot them. We have so many white deer of different variations around here they may start outnumbering the brown ones.

It's interesting that Wisconsin doesn't protect melonistic deer, just white ones. Eh...wot?

He was driving by the area this morning and got the pic. I've never seen anything like it, either. Really cool my buddy found the deer exactly where I saw it at exactly the same time of day. Saw her and her fawn?(both albino ) in separate sightings 3 days apart south of Hannibal 20 years ago. Last edited by Broomchaser; 06/28/25 03:06 PM.
