Do you use a Whizzbang ?

No, But a stainless tube design with rubber "fingers" basically the same. It's sized right to do 2 birds at time. We bought it during covid when there was a huge homesteading rush and supply's were sold out and it happened to be in stock so we bought it.

the most important part of plucking is sculpting temp and time in the plucker.
I like the water about 155° if you get it hotter the plucker tears the skin up and make them look horrible. To cold and they don't get plucked well and spending to long in the plucker can break legs and wings. if they are not to bad we have some coustmers that buy them at a slight discount. If they get really tore uo we just eat them.

After doing a few thousand I still mess several up each batch.
