I just got my Ryze blend today. It smells pretty good. I am not a coffee drinker but I heard this stuff is very good for gut health and immune support

Processed foods is easy. But there’s sugar in beer. Or beer becomes sugar, or whatever science does..
I can’t completely give that up…

I haven’t tried Ryze, but did try one of the other mushroom coffees. It was pretty good, but didn’t flow through my coffee maker very well. I started drinking it for cognitive benefits, but didn’t notice much difference for me
