Not really Sig is actually 3 separate companies, you have Sig Switzerland, Sig Germany and Sig America and Sig America is the only one making and responsible for the Sig 320, any legal responsibilities will likely be confined just to them because of how the company is set up as well as international trade law, I’m not a lawyer but I heard one discussing just this the other day and while Sig as a whole will likely take a heave hit and the American branch might get sued into bankruptcy the company as a whole will survive but the reputation blowback will damage the entire company probably for years to come
