When I was younger in my teens we had a fella up on the mountain Mr.Bowden was his name had a lot of land lived in a shack no electricity or running water he did have a old car and it constantly broke down on him either on his way to town or home and one day I gave him a ride home with his groceries had to let him out at his gate cause no one was allowed on his property man did he stink I cleaned on my ol truck forever to get the smell outta it long story short he died his son inherited everything did a big deer hunt on the property for his buddies and they killed some dandies then he had the property logged and sold it off in lots he became very wealthy and died a miserable person goes to show ya money ain’t everything cause his daddy was more of a MAN than the son
