I'm getting excited. About 25 hours from now, I'll be heading to the convention. Hope to meet some of you fine folks, and maybe buy an old trap or two.

Will be finish packing the trailer and truck this afternoon. Looking forward to meeting a bunch of new folks again this year.

I used to be a fixture there, running my butt off to help. Had lots of fun, but some of the cool kids died, some left because of the many controversies, and soon, without the good ol boys, it was not much fun any more. Now it feels like a bunch of strangers, looking for a way to fleece you out of your skin.

I sure do miss good old Gabby and Maddog, and Cory and Arnie, and Carl, and so many more. Some gone forever, some gone from the MTA, and some rarely around.

Yes generations change but there are a few of us younger good old boys just wanting to enjoy the time spent.

Mark K many a convention has come and gone ,many put in time and worked and ran so they could be good and I had a good deal of fun and helped out also, miss going, met many good people over many years time flies buy,To all that are there have a good rondy.

Was a good day at the convention. Got to meet some new people while my wife and I were tailgating. Going back to tomorrow so I can do some shopping!!

Was set up about right in the middle in front of the horse barn. The group next to us had all the minnow traps.

I was supposed to send him emails with some pics but I lost his card. Sold me a homemade set of 750 setters and they’ve released the jaws off a bunch of wolves and beavers. Was going to send him pics.
