Aaron Proffitt trapper Joined: Oct 2007 OK	I'm relearning how to break a pig down , piece by piece. From cutting steaks to hams . Gotta a lot of wild pork here , trying maximize the resource . Learning it on YouTube as it's been way too long since I had a hand in it, and even then , I was just an errand boy. Thanks, YouTube !* *historical dogma might not be the best way to question through this venue. Not saying it's inaccurate. But, I like a lot of spices in my dishes. Honor a Soldier. Be the kind of American worth fighting for.

Hog hunted with some guys in Florida 20 years ago. They hung them by jaw, ringed neck and legs with a carpet knife, then slit from the neck cut down about every 6". Then pulled strip off with Vice Grips. Took me longer to type it than them to do it.
