BS!…….lol
Look up a contract, they’re public knowledge. They are inspected during and after completion. I think some are unaware of the size of Canada and where some of these fires are burning. Some areas have never been logged and never will.
Name one big company that could see a potential profit by logging some of these areas.

You’re so right, logging practices (or lack there of) could never have an effect on the severity of wildfires.

I never said lack of logging doesn’t affect wildfires. You’re twisting my words to fit your false narrative.
What I did say that some of these areas have never, and probably never will be logged. You’re failing to see the big picture of why companies haven’t accessed these areas. What company is going to go in there and expect to turn a profit? These places Mother Nature takes care of.

What you said was that in Canada, logging companies leave fuel around the area after being logged out because you watched some YouTube clips from Big Timber or something and jump to your own conclusions while failing to do due diligence by doing a 20 second search on how things are done here. Now, you’re just one of those spreading BS misinformation. After a while, you become known for being “that guy”, where anything you say has to be fact checked or just completely discarded as more hot air.

In the U.S., what’s harvested and left in the woods varies by every timber sale. Look up “timber sale prescriptions” and it will help shed light. Harvests vary by terrain, species presence, stand age, market needs, preferred end state, and the list goes on.

I’m certain Canada is no different. What’s burning is likely the boreal forest areas where logging won’t and wouldn’t take place due to accessibility, species merchantability, and whatever other reason.

Like Shakey said, it’s been very dry in a lot of those areas for a while now. One lightning strike and we’re at where we’re at.

So Canada gets a pass for polluting the air because it's hard to get to? I guess humans are responsible for climate change.

Glad to see you coming to your senses and acknowledging human impact on climate change, Rat. Figured you were too dense to come around, so I’m pleasantly surprised.

Unfortunately, it seems you still can’t read. In the U.S. and Canada, it doesn’t make fiscal sense to harvest certain areas. There are a lot of reasons why, which I previously stated. Not to mention, lack of logging isn’t the ONLY reason fires start and burn.

What do you know personally about timber harvest and wildfire anyway?

I hope you’ll answer my first question, but I’ll understand if you don’t because you have no clue what you’re talking about.

Ok, I’ve obviously struck a cord with you, the truth can hurt but I ain’t sugar coating anything for you. How old are you? If you’re just a kid, sorry but get used to it if you’re going to post BS. Let me know if I’m passing BS on to the other members and I’ll delete my comments, there’s enough of that on the internet already.
Your try at insults is entertaining, but try posting something of value along with them.

If you’re not a kid, you’re never too old to learn how to read. Educate yourself before you post and look like an idiot…..lol
