Here you can't hardly afford to build anything..lumber is outrageous.

Since all the tariff talk its went up even more.

Bruce doing the work himself greatly off sets the costs of material. He is gaining more equity then what the little extra he might be spending on material. In my area lumber and material aren't high as they were the last 4 years and a lot of the goods are at pre covid time.
