Legal in Michigan, my tiny community of 4000 people just replaced and added more playground equipment and is currently rebuilding our softball / little league fields.
All 100% paid for with the taxes from pot sales locally. Community members now argue over whose pet project is up for next years $$$

Careful. You're talking too much sense. One of the Tman Karens is going to get all hysterical about fentanyl.

One thing that seems certain, full legalization breeds liberalism. As the majority of states who have this policy vote for the anti-gun, anti-outdoorsman democrats.

That was probably speed, had a friend that could drive across the country nonstop taking them. Wears your body out though, he died fairly young. I took one at my high school grad party, felt normal just never got tired. My bil has narcolepsy and he has a prescription for something that acts just like speed. I was never a smoker but thought weed relaxed the user, falling asleep driving is all that fun. We also wouldn’t still have Willy if it wasn’t for weed, he said drinking whiskey all day every day would have killed him.

This is a wild take, J Staton. I know plenty of Republicans / non-Liberals who are daily users.

Just look at the states who have made it legal most tend to vote blue. I'm watching MO since it's close by and conservative. I guess it's been fully legal there for 4 or 5 years now. There's consequences for every action, both good and bad. The good (tax revenue) comes to fruition early on. I figure the bad takes longer to ripen. Maybe a decade will tell?

Indeed, it’s a real stretch. Canadas two most conservative provinces
Alberta
Saskatchewan

Canadas two provinces with the most cannabis use in terms of dollars spent per person
Alberta
Saskatchewan

Hardly fits that narrative.

Maybe the same person that thinks people that smoke weed are dangers in vehicles because they think they’re trying to outrun satan. lol

Yeah, anti pot propaganda like Reefer Madness didn’t work at all. Lol

I think you’re overstating an unproven (and very unlikely) correlation. How many states historically voted Republican, legalized marijuana, and then flipped to voting Democrat?

What’s certain is we first saw legalization by states that historically voted Democrat and were more open to those types of policies. By your logic, we’d have a Democrat in office given the number of states who have legalized marijuana in the last decade.

You said it you're self that democrats are more open to such policies. Legalization in a state, would be a draw for liberals therefore breeding liberalism amongst a once conservative populace.

Not when the majority of states its now legal. And the first that made it legal were places were ran by democrats to begain with. Those wanting to move and able to have already made the move.
At first it was likely a draw but in that case it was drawing democrats to democrat ran areas.

now its legal in so many places people are not picking up to move that have not already moved much earlier.

I doubt many people actually moved to a state just because pot became legal. It has always been readily available at little risk no matter where you live.

I did hear of a few people doing so and others talking about it as a perk of different states. But theybwere typically young and I don't think there was any mass migration. That to bad. If it would work it would be a great way to Get rid of democrats. Legalization of all drugs in California Oregon and if the democrats would move there from the rest of the states it would be great. but I don't think it will work.
infact seems like some state did make all drugs legal maybe Oregon? Have not heard of any mass migration as of yet.

Why is that? Or do you mean that it's not a concern?
