I don't know Ed or his situation

But there is zero excuse for taking money and not delivering product. If you run a business you have an obligation to the paying customers.

And after having been contacted twice sheds even more bad light on your business practices.

Like already said, if you can't maintain your business, suspend it until you can.

This post will not keep me from buying his products if I choose to use them but it may keep me from buying direct and not through a distributor.

Hopefully he gets things straightened out and makes things right with the OP and all others that may have been affected

That's not the point! He needs to send out his order. Give me a break! Don't run a dang business if you can't fulfill an order. It's pathetic. I don't give a cra* how busy he is, do your job!

l have been contacted by Mr. Bob Jameson of Jamesonultrablends, a pillar of the trapping & Lure making community and Mr.Gerald Schmitt of Schmitt Enterprises another pillar of the trapping supply community.
Both have expressed their thoughts on my sittuation. l am humbled that they would give me their thoughts about this but thats why they are the exceptional men that they are. Their word is their bond.
I dont know either gentlemen personally but my past business with them has always been exceptional and their
reputations are above reproach. When l have ordered anything from either, their customer communication and fast shipping is their business standard.
l can alway trust both companies and will gladly continue ordering from them.

I don't know if you could find anyone in the supply business and better than those two guys. There are some others just as good, but not as many as some might think.

The only individual lure maker I ever bought from was Leo Hoeft and that worked well. All the other lures, baits, urines etc. I have purchased through a few of the main trapping supply firms either via order and ship or at a convention I attend. One of the things I have been doing the last years is make an order with a firm prior to a convention, pay for it via credit card and pick it up at the convention.

You can trust/rely on Bob Jameson. Consummate Professional, and certified All Around Good Guy.

I'm sure Paul Dobbins and a few others are good as well.

I am sure he will. Ed has always been a solid guy when I dealt with him.

Things happen. We don't know everyone's circumstances.

I bet because of societal changes it continues to get harder and harder to make a living selling trapping supplies. Not sure we need to be beating these guys up online to make it even harder. But, I agree, he should have filled the dang order.

Had he done so this would not be an issue and there would be no bashing. Self inflicted.

We've all made bad decisions/choices and have let others down in one way or another. Not making any excuses for Ed as hes dropped the ball twice now. But if we all are honest we all have dropped the ball also. I see people putting this person or that person up on a pedestal and saying how great they are based off so little knowledge and I have to laugh a little. I've got friends that u can count on 99% of the time and would charge heel with me with a bucket of water and I got friends I like that u just take them the way they are and don't put too much faith in. I see people on here thinking so and so walks on water but they have dropped the ball at times too. Some I have first hand knowledge of and other third hand knowledge from multiple accounts. Just life. Lot of good people on here but none that walk on water or even step as high as some think. None

I’ve never met Ed but he was one of the online mentors i decided to follow/focus on starting out in my ADC work and I didn’t make that decision lightly. I really hope it works out for all involved…..

We've been fooled by other trappers/suppliers in the past, greatly fooled. Many of you know who I'm speaking of. Everything seemed to be going great and he seemed salt of the earth then, hosed a whole lot of folks.

I've talked to Ed many times and would never suspect it of him, but I never suspected it from the other guy either. AND, there are more out there than just him. I can recall 3 others off the top of my head.

Well l was notified that l have been refunded my money after the credit card company ruled in my favor.
l still have not heard anything from Ed Schneider. He’s obviously not the person l thought he was.
l will never trust him again with my business and good luck to those that do

Read closely what ADC said above, and that's all I'm going to say.
