I saw a video last year of Jeff Dunlap using wire stretchers for coni ear supports. Does anyone else use these and what size stretcher do you use?

They are good in grassy tunnels for coons but don't hold the traps high enough off the ground in more open trails. They will hold the traps so low that they will catch all the junk down the trail as well. They have their place though.
