One young man in the pool comes highly recommended based on age, honesty, work ethic, personality and willingness to learn. Trapping can be taught, work ethic cannot. I have sure lived thru some tough times to do it. I worked for a company called Lochow in Texas for a short time doing full time ADC for high fence farms before I shipped out with the Air Force.
