Just watched Fox News that had Trump on as a guest just now. He stated they have the suspected shooter in custody. He was brought in by his pastor / family and surrendered to the Marshalls. Hopefully it is fact.

Hopefully they do, this would be the third time they have him.

IF it is the REAL shooter. He has info. He needs to talk.

No, it's the third time that they have had a person of interest in custody. A person of interest is not necessarily the suspect. Sometimes it's someone who they just think may be involved somehow or may have some information that could be useful, but not necessarily who they are actually looking for. Also sometimes in cases like this someone will step forward to claim responsibility but didn't actually do it. They absolutely have to take such people into custody for questioning.
