I've posted the statistics from the NAACP page before. They used to say that more whites were lynched and that whites were lynched at a higher percentage rate. They took it off because it didn't fit the new agenda.

That's a loop, not a noose. Not even a bad attempt at a noose. If somebody was trying to make a statement or intimidate, the noose would look enough like a noose to make a statement. Nonsense.
