Not my car. The song Was just stuck in my head and this came to mind.

A couple of days ago I watched a young lady on an old Japanese sedan try to turn into our street from a side road, and someone honked at her because the front of her car was a little bit in the way. She decided to back up a little but mixed up gas and brake.

They just got out, stared at each other silently for a few loooong moments, she made a guilty face, the Soul guy sighed, never said a word, got his phone and turned away to call the police/insurance people.

That happens here a lot! Most of the time, it’s older people and they are driving through a store!

I thought someone was going to back into me at Walmart a few weeks ago. They started making a left turn out of the parking lot, completely blocked the close lane and part of the lane they were turning into. They should have gone because the person they turned in front of stopped. Instead they backed up to the front of my truck, which was at the stop line. They then sat there in reverse, for a few minutes waiting to try turning again. I started lightly beeping and waving to get there attention, that they were in reverse still. Finally they figured it out and put their car in drive again. I was almost positive they were going to see a gap, hit the gas and slam into me. If I hadn't caught their attention they would of hit me.
