This is what I did with Unistrut.
Photo 1, close up of hanger on a solid wood board. The hangers, when you get them are bent in a half circle to fit electrical conduit. You take a hammer and block of something and flatten out the curve. Use the existing hole in the hanger to attach the hanger to the board.
Photo 2, boards hanging on struts ready for this season start.
Photo 3, close up of an adjustable board and a solid board. On the adjustable board the head of a hex bold messes with the ability to completely collapse the movable side of the board. I have been putting it off but am going to replace the hex bolt on the adjustables with a flat head bolt that will be counter sunk even with the surface of the wood. That will allow the movable board to completely collapse. They work fine with the hex bolt but it annoys me sometimes when I want to move the adjustable all the way to the closed position. I'll put the nut on the other side of the board to make that work.
You can also make different kinds of hangers to fit the Unistrut. You'll see some hook hangers in the first photo. Those are made with some hardware from big box store and using fender washers that fit in the Unistrut track. You might need to grind a slight flat on one side of the washer to be able to tilt the hook and put it up in the Unistrut to hang it there. Takes a little fiddling around to get it just right but once you get one right then you do all the rest the same.
