havent seen my big buck since October 5. no daylight pics of him or any other deer since then as well. So, I got an alert on my phone from my cell camera Monday the 6th at 0130, hogs in the feed. I gather up my hog killing shotgun and head out. hogs bout ran over me and I could see some idiot shining a light to the E of me.

well, my SIL messed up yesterday and asked me If i had seen the big buck Savell posted on here for me lately. which I had not seen since October 5. well the chick that does her eye lashes, my wifes eyelashes and the wife of the jackarse that lives across from me eyelashes screwed up and told my SIL that her husband found a huge buck in the creek outside of the 340 acre high fence they sell hunts in. These idiots have bucks over 300 inches in that high fence. he and his brother go all over to country killing deer and elk in these small high fences like they have done something.

The eyelash twits husband has recently started doing taxidermy work and my neighbors big mouth wife confided that her husband got this big buck outside of the high fence.

So I have been working with TPWD game warden that I am super close to. He pulled it up today and this moron doesnt even have a hunting license but yet he wants this fella to mount the deer for him. we know pretty much what he is going to do, wait until late November and get his hunting license and then illegally tag this buck. My cell camera has every picture of this deer since the first of July in chronological order and the last night time picture of him on the 5th of October. the very last daytime photo of this brute was on August the 3rd.

So our game wardens are securing search warrants and subpoenas for cell phone records and facebook DM's to pin down when he contacted this dude to mount this buck. I have them on video looking around in that creek at 0134 on th 6th of October.

If I wanted to kill this buck I could have done the same thing this idiot did. yet, I couldnt live with myself sober or drunk. However. they will lose their high fence permits according to Austin high ranking TPWD folks.

It never ceases to amaze me at how sorry folks can be over a DEER. Good thing the wife and I are going to head to Branson tomorrow and my son will be staying here. typical holier than thou turds with money

While I agree in principle it's you that's worked up over a DEER.

Keep us posted on how it plays out.

If it weren't for vanity necessitating eyelash jobs , the caper might not have been uncovered.

Did you buy your big buck from the high fence operation, or somewhere else?

How did your buck get loose, so that the neighbor was able to kill it?

Did you have ears tags, a collar or any other mark of ownership on your buck?

I believe he's saying it was poached, you know killed illegally. I think that is the beef with it, not that he thinks it belonged to him. If I remember right he was hoping for a kid to get a chance at it. If this is correct, he has every right to be ticked off about it.

It sounds like the neighbor owns the high fence pen of deer and just shot one of the domestic deer that belongs to him right outside of the fence it was supposed to be in. The deer may have been trying to get back in. I don't think you can poach your own deer.

Domestic deer escape frequently. It doesn't mean they are no longer private property, when they do.

If Sheepdog1's only claim to owning the escaped buck is that he got some pictures of it on trail camera, that makes no sense, that he would be so upset about it.

I had 3 sets of friends who raised deer, before newer regulations created more work and made it less profitable. At least in Ohio, at the time, tagging wasn't necessary. Most of the bucks were sold to game farms and high fence operations in Texas. The people who pay to kill the domestic deer, probably wouldn't be happy with an ear tag on their "trophy".

Bucks sold for really good money, up to $10,000.00. Does were worth hardly anything, $80.00 to $120.00.

My friend Marvin got the most for two albino bucks he had. They would eat from your hands. If you held an apple in one hand and a knife in the other, and held the apple behind the knife, they would have likely impaled themselves to get it. During the rut, it was not safe to go in the pens, but the rest of the time they were as friendly as bottle fed goats, probably because most of the deer were bottle fed. They got better growth that way. Two year old bucks on were massive. They had great genetics.

I would guess that a better quality buck in Texas, right outside of a pen, was an escaped domestic deer.

You could be right. Savell lives near there. Are there ever any big wild deer near the pens Savell?

I'm sure glad I don't live or hunt anywhere near whitetails. The entire deer industry concept is ridiculous imo.

I live in some of the best whitetail hunting in the country and I agree with you 100%.

well now I think Keith had it correct its not in any way shape or form sheepdogs deer. I also found it ironic he is so worked up "over just a deer" as he put it when saying he can't believe people get worked up over just a deer.

Yep buddy guess what. You are all worked up over a deer someone else killed. Now I can give the benefit of doubt he is mad it was killed ILLIEGAL. And that part I understand 100% and agree with. I dont think sheep dog is one to get mad or jealous over someone killing a deer he was planing on hunting as so many people seem to do. I believe sheep dog is well past that point in his hunting journey.

But now Savell Your behavior and mouthing off coments about Keith show your lack of intelligence. Generally low intellect individuals attempt character insults when they can't come up with any valid points or arguments. Its typical of those on the left but as you show here not limited to them.

I having meet Keith in person you would bet you would be taking off your hat and addressing him stammering yes sir while shivering like a small dog with its tail between its legs worried that soft spoken mountain of a Man Yankee would roll your rebel hind end all the way back south to the Gulf of America. I'm sure some southerners had been learned up how to act proper. Maybe you could find some and learn from them ?

There's been deer hunters killed for killing a wild deer that another hunter believes is theirs.

To me deer are mostly a nuisance, that I do enjoy eating and shooting.

The deer, amount of deer sign and amount of deer damage on my farm went from way to much this Spring, to almost none right now. I could see deer in my hayfields every night and any time I walked down my hill. I haven't seen a deer in probably 2 months now. I think Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease has killed most of them. I'm planting a whole lot of trees, vines and bushes later this Fall, so this is probably a good thing for me. I still don't like the idea of them dying like that though.

Thanks for sticking up for me Matt, but Savell and I don't take any offense from the ribbing we sometimes give each other.

I would trade you for my poor pos neighbors. They trespass and poach anything that moves. Called the law more than once on them. Law knows they don't have money and they can't fleece them so they don't do anything but warn them.
