Harbor freight has got some nice rechargeable flashlights. If you got a harbor freight near you I’d go check them out.

Anyone that owns a gun and votes democrat deserves to have there gun taken, cause they truly are too stupid to own a gun.

I’m a flashlight junky. Things I look for in a good one

1) has to be rechargeable
2) has to have external charging port. Some brands require you to pull the battery out to recharge it.
3) no auto modes. Meaning I don’t want to have to flip through modes until I find the one I need. Selector knob is much preferred

Olight, Coastal, Nebo, Fenix, and Nitecore are some good brands. And yes surprisingly harbor freight has some good lights for the money

For head light I would go with the Milwaukee Re-chargable one sold at home Depot - Get a extra battery and a charger .

Also little hand held light would be the Re-chargable Stream light - survivor pivot , it has a belt clip and a magnetic base .

Not around here. Streamlight had major problems with their switches going out. Yes, you could send them in and they would put a new switch in, but I ran out of patience for that. I have some Streamlights with 3 switches in them over time. Never again. Fenix and Surefire have taken over for quality and reliability. I stay clear of any Streamlight these days....l

I wouldn't say major but definitely an annoyance to need a tailswitch replaced. But then again my light isn't life or death. And in their defense, they didn't come out of the box broken it was after years of service and wear and tear that they quit working. That was my experience.

One thing with the rechargeable LEDs, no warning on running out of battery.

Unless the maker installed some sort of special electronic battery monitor you have no warning of impending lights out. They don't fade and dim like alkalines they just shut off.

Carry a backup if you rely on having a light. Fortunately there are a ton of really bright rechargeable pen lights available.

I like Coast. Price for performance is great. ~$30-40 flashlights with great brightness and battery life. I have normal lights, headlamps and small penlights from them.

Coast GX30 I picked up 3 of these last summer, these are what I have in my nightstand and hunting packs. 6 hrs on high and 13 on medium is great. AA OR you can run rechargeables.

I lose lights too often to drop $100 on them
