Was extremely late arriving to the internet world.
One day while browsing how to make fox lure led me to Asa Lenon. And Asa led me to Trapperman. A few years later I joined after looking in from the outside.
He was a great man and legend. I was lucky to talk to him and learn from his knowledge

Found it on the internet, bought a bunch of #4 longsprings for cats on the Trapshed

Not sure, googled something trapping related. Can’t believe I missed the article in the Trapper magazine, been getting that since early 80’s.

By looking up stuff and there was a link and I liked the sight so made an account

Don't remember how I found it. Probably a search for something or maybe someone on Michigan-Sportsman recommended it.

I do know one of my first posts was asking if the blue bucket thing was legit or not. There was a thread going about them and I took the bait, being a rookie.

Lots of good info and people on here. Glad I stumbled on it back then.

or that was about the time I found it shortly after my son and I got our trappers ed and first trapping license

Might have been Tom Florin I was buying most everything from him about that time , he was on my way home from work and had been at the D10 rondy which is the same time D10 trappers ed happens they give you a break in class for lunch and to go hit the vendors.

then I hung out with the D9 crew a bit , all those cool cats over there.

Used to go on a trapping site some time ago. I guy named Benny who was on there mentioned Trapperman. So, I checked it out and really have enjoyed it ever since.

Really can't remember, but it's been awhile...I self banned myself for a couple years when the NTA fights were raging, Gappa was still here then and everyone mad at the NTA was being criticized..was at Steves site for awhile till he was about the only one left... talking to himself, lol

Found my way back, log in still worked and the rest is history!...

I was looking for advise on cage trapping cats. Hal's site wasn't a good place for to start if you you know what I mean.

Was also member of another trapping forum on graybeard outdoors site with similar membership. Newt, Redfox,, boggy, some of those guys were on the other forum and someone suggested I try this one.

I liked it right away because of the Dobbins connection. I have a signed copy of Charlie’s land trapping book I got from him in mid to late 80s at a national convention. He was a great teacher for me and I re-read that book before each coyote season here.

I work at Lowes part time while being enrolled in college full time. But I was referring to your attitude about work, not where you were working.

Not exactly sure how I ended up here . Think I just entered a search and Tman popped up.

I think I discovered it at a WTA t-man feed.

Found the site when my oldest were just babies (my oldest is now 26 years old). Searching how to try to trap some critter. BTW the advice worked. Have been hooked since!

A friend of mine told me about it. He said "you've got to read about this Savell guy from Texas" Been hooked every since.🤣

I had a I came to learn from here.. that I had a sow coon teaching her kits to hunt... using my chickens... my wife says do something... I've always hunted.. but anyhow I googled how to trap a racoon. Found T-man. Got alot of dumb questions answered. Met alot of good folks due to here. And I've been a pest ever since... lol.. have never banned. But have been close to being strangled a time or 3... it's been a really cool ride.
