Wet in WA. John sent me one to test.
The slides, over time requires maintenance, but not any big issue.

Sam I believe this trap was made by Rich Kaspar who bootlegged Schroder's design. Rich lost momentum on the project and sold his inventory to another Nebraska guy who had them at the NTA National in Spencer several years back. This is the story I got from the guy selling them. I bought 5 for $190 as he loaded them up at the end of the show. They are identical to John's (actually Monster Tom's) design except for the pan and are excellent traps! And as Paul Harvey used to say, "That is the rest of the story!"
