And that scenario is very rare I can tell you that and is hard to police. That is fact and there is always the other side to every story. When $ are involved being legal is always tested to it's limit.

Yes, there needs to be open section lines so anyone can walk to these land locked state, blm and fed lands. Land locked land being private or public owned, needs to be accessible for everyone to obtain access. Called trespass fee.

This happens all the time where a land owner charges big money to walk across his land so you can hunt fed. land we all own. Landlocked land is a bad thing for everyone.
