The Tacoma thread got me to thinking about all the trucks I have had. Here's a couple pics of my 1976 Bronco. These pics were taken in 1979, I bought the truck that year it was 3 years old and had 32,000 miles on it and I paid $3,200 for it (easy to remember).

I wonder what it would be worth today?

Reminds me of the International Scout from back then. Those were nice vehicles too.
Your Bronco would be considered a classic today. In decent shape worth a lot more than you paid for it.

The survivors are huge money.
49 of 50 are gone from rot.
I know of very few.
One the guy restored it and gave to his daughter.
I see it at the food store a cpl times a year.
My Unc bought one and resold without touching the rust.

The new ones look like they are made for the ladies, lol.

I had a 86' Bronco II. I wasn't a big fan, even though I like Fords.

A 79' Bronco would be sweet in great shape.

had a 69, traded it in on a new 76 Bronco. Fond memories, Often wish I had not traded the 76 off. They weren't perfect though, be hard to go back after my new PU.

Yeah the Bronco II was basically a Ranger without the box. Decent truck but not at all like the first generation. Not sure what to think the new ones.

My wife has a newer full size one and my daughter has the sport model. Pretty decent vehicles so far. Eric

My ole buddy Blackie had an old bronco for some time. It was a rust bucket. I sent a couple of local guys that wanted coon instructions so I got them to go see Carroll.

Both came back to say they got nauseous riding in that bronco all day, since it had rusted thru the floor and the exhaust fumes were coming up thru into the cab. Must have had an exhaust leak too. smile Blackie said just keep the windows down you will be ok.

See, built for ladies, like I said. Nothing wrong with that.

As I recall, those Scout pickups were pretty rare back then. Cool vehicle.

Always wanted a 70s bronco. Had to settle for a 66 Merc cyclone. 289. 3 or 4 speed on floor stick

Mine is or sale. I wanted something nice to drive. Ended up with a show car. The underneath looks as good as the top side.

The new broncos are so sad looking now. They look something like a cross between a jeep Cherokee and a KIA
