Ginger (Dawn Wells) died in 2020 from Covid which was unexpected. She had done an interview six days prior to her death and seemed fine.

Another tidbit: When Tina Louise first came to Gilligan's Island, she expected to be the star of the show.
When they did the show, Return to Gilligan's Island, she refused to be in the show. Not sure, but I think it wasn't enough money for her.
Her and Bob Denver didn't get along.

I just watched a youtube video of facts on Gilligans island. It had many interesting facts. They lost a time capsule in the studio parking lot, The boat had been stolen at one point, just a bunch of facts on the show.
